Thank you so much for your interest in placing a custom order! We wanted to provide more information into how our custom order process works. 

Each piece is painted to order, by hand, by Tricia. With over 35 years of experience as a ceramic artist and her unique and whimsical style, customers return year after year to celebrate the special days and the everyday!

All custom ceramic orders take between 8-10 weeks. This is because of three things:

the volume of orders we have

each piece is made to order, we don't keep pre-painted pieces on hand

each piece is painted by Tricia

If you need your order sooner, you have the option to purchase Jump the Queue in addition to your order. You will receive your order within 10 business days of purchasing JTQ, or on your specified date, whichever is sooner. (Christmas JTQ guarantees delivery before Christmas only).
